Pick your Moment and work backward from it — your targets, your meals, your body scans, all built from the day that matters.
A wedding, a race, a comeback, a trip. Real, dated, yours.
Calories and protein worked backward from your goal and your date, at a pace that holds. Snap a meal and it counts. Train with your watch on and the workout lands too.
Body fat against your goal, every scan lined up against the one before, the change since day 1, and the receipts: days showed up, sessions banked, best streak.
Every scan takes a photo and measures body fat, lean mass and inches. When the date comes, your first and latest photo stand side by side with the numbers you choose, ready to share from your phone. IMIGZ never sees it.
Morning: a welcome with where you stand — body fat against your goal, this week's calories, this week's workouts. Through the day: meals at your times, a camera that turns a plate into calories and macros, and every workout from your watch, or a lift you log by hand. Evening: one nudge if anything's left to log; the day closes at midnight.
Over target? Slower today, not off course. Under the floor? Eat more — under-eating is not the plan.
The iPhone beta, as it is today: Today, Meals, Workouts, Progress, Your IMIGZ and Cliques. Workouts are read from Apple Health, strength training included. Workout plans come later.
Body scans powered by Prism Labs · progress photos private & encrypted — never uploaded, never scored.
Your calorie target is worked back from your goal and your date. If the math says to eat below a safe floor, the coach offers a later date or a smaller goal instead.
Photograph a meal for an editable calorie and macro estimate, checked against USDA values. Had three pancakes? Set the count and the numbers follow. Or type it in, or log a favorite again in one tap.
Baseline on day one, a meter filling toward your goal, every scan lined up against the one before, and 7- and 30-day calorie averages. Judged over weeks, never a single day.
Every workout from your watch or training app lands on its own tab, by week, with the detail of each session. It counts as showing up, and Today shows whether you've trained yet.
A one-minute phone-camera scan, powered by Prism Labs, measures body fat, lean mass and circumferences. Your 3D model stays on your phone.
A few friends counting down to the same event see that you showed up — never your weight, calories or scans. How cliques work ›
Every scan takes a photo. When the date comes, your first and latest side by side, with the numbers you choose, is one tap from the share sheet. Made on your phone; IMIGZ never sees it.
Progress photos and your 3D body model stay on this phone, never uploaded. The only way a photo leaves is when you reveal your IMIGZ yourself. No ads, no analytics.
Pinned in the Keep going button for when an urge hits — skip-the-workout, pour-a-drink, any of them. A 10-minute walk, a 5-minute burst or four minutes of breathing, and a direct line to 988 or SAMHSA if you need more. Private, never on clique screens.
Missed days dim and streaks pause — only three in a row end one. Over target is "slower today, not off course." Failure states don't exist here.
A clique is a few friends counting down to the same event: the Vegas trip, the half marathon, the reunion. Everyone picks it as their Moment, everyone shows up for it, and everyone can see that the others did.
What the clique sees: who showed up today, streaks, the shared flame that lights when everyone shows up, a workout if you choose to share it, and the photos people post. Three boosts a day to hand out, replies under every card, and when you're wobbling, Keep going asks the clique for a boost.
What the clique never sees: your weight, your calories, your scans, your photos. Not blurred, not summarized. Not there.
Start one from the Clique tab and text the code. Cliques are for friends, so there's no leaderboard and no feed of strangers; a long press reports or mutes if someone's being a pain.
Every plan starts with a date that means something.
Everything in the app is free while we test it. Paid plans come later, and we'll say what's in them before you pay anything.
They dim to grey and your streak pauses; only three missed days in a row end it. Nothing shatters, nothing turns red — the plan still works back from your date, and today's focus gives you one small next step.
No. IMIGZ is a fitness tool with support built in for hard moments. It's not therapy or treatment, and the quiet button links straight to 988 and the SAMHSA helpline whenever that's the right call.
It's never sold and never used for ads, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings. Progress photos and your 3D body model never leave your phone unless you reveal your IMIGZ yourself, and your clique never sees your weight, calories or scans. The details are in the privacy policy.
A bathroom scale helps — weigh-ins and body scans use it. If you wear a watch, switch on Apple Health in Settings and your workouts fill the Workouts tab and count as showing up. Start a Strength workout on the watch and lifting counts too. Nothing else to connect.
No. Everything works solo. A clique just makes showing up visible to a few people you chose, counting down to the same date. Start one from the Clique tab, or join with a friend's code.
When the countdown reaches zero, you've arrived. Pick the next one from Settings → Your Moment: it closes this one and day 1 starts again. Maintenance plans come later — most people's second Moment is the interesting one.
One email when the doors open — nothing else. Opt-in, never sold, deletable.
